Again, the festival will take place in the holy halls of Rock Club Tapper, just a bit outside the city center of the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. If you have never been around the "Howls", let us tell you that it totally makes sense to take some more time in Tallinn, as the stuff that you can do around is worth a trip - even without visiting one of the most important Black Metal gatherings in Europe. 

Howls Of Winter, known for its peculiar picking of Underground bands and gems, while also being strong on the "more known" bandsite, will again fill the three days with interesting and worthy acts. It seems that HOW is keen on harvesting even more quite international powers, and now they released the final line-up.
